About The Opportunity


  • You will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the sub-general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders. They will also support the design process and the approvals process
  • A pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team


Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Project planning
  • Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates
  • Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
  • Processing of modification orders and payment requests


Project Manager Qualifications


  • Efficient coordination and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office
  • Residential and/or public construction management expertise of at least five years is preferred
