The Concierge is responsible of responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest requests and providing personal recommendations to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

This position is a shared role along with the Front Desk Agent. This position will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible and resolving customer complaints.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

• Flexible schedule; ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Extensive knowledge of local hot spots, restaurants, and attractions.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a Hospitality Degree or have at least 2 years of Concierge, Front Desk, or Resort Services experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of OPERA preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments.
