Given the touring nature of Feld Entertainment’s business, COVID vaccination is strongly encouraged for successful candidates.

To the extent international touring personnel are visiting a jurisdiction that requires vaccination, proof of vaccination in accordance with the relevant international law should be submitted directly to either the Tour Manager or to Human Resources at least six weeks prior to the start of the tour. The Company will maintain all information regarding vaccination status as confidential in accordance with applicable laws. The Company cannot guarantee employment for any Associate who is unable to satisfy foreign entry requirements.

Plan and route tours for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Disney on Ice, Monster Jam, Supercross, Jurassic World Live!, and Marvel Universe Live! throughout the United States and Canada. Responsible for negotiating all arena/stadium contracts for the above productions as well as manage the contract negotiation process through the conclusion of each engagement. Provides support to multiple Feld Entertainment departments as the primary liaison with venue partners.

Essential Functions

• As the primary liaison with the venues, work with Feld Consumer Products, Operations and Event Sales and Marketing to optimize revenue and leverage opportunities.
• Develop strategic and long-range planning for the North American Tours team to handle the continuing increase in the number of tours and products
• Mitigate the impact of competitive event.
• Plan, route, and develop itineraries for 14 – 16 tours, 5 years into the future, totaling more than 500 – 600 engagements annually in conjunction with International Routing and Tours, Transportation, Event Sales and Marketing, Finance, Consumer Products, Global Partnerships, Operations, and many other Feld Entertainment departments.
• Primary contract negotiator for approximately 80 – 100 different engagements annually throughout the United States and Canada, to include, but not limited to, license fee/rent structures, ticket related ancillary revenues, Feld consumer product/concession rights, and event expenses, to ensure overall engagement profitability. Confirm that engagements are settled according to the negotiated contract deal points.
• Cultivate and maintain critical venue and industry relationships. Represent the company at industry meetings and arena/stadium events

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of financial statistics and analysis
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative, and diverse environment.
• Proven track record of exceptional negotiation skills and booking experience.
• Must be willing to travel on a limited basis as necessary
• A working knowledge of the facility management industry
• Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines on a consistent basis
• Must be able to think critically and creatively to connect concepts to ensure best overall deal points and routing for Feld Entertainment
• Have a strong understanding of other live touring productions and their impact on FELD touring productions.
• Degree in Business or Marketing and 5 plus years of experience within the live entertainment industry.
