We are looking for a dynamic, organized leader to join our US eCommerce team, and help us build our Post Booking eCommerce experience.
Position Summary:
Responsible for defining, executing, and continuously optimizing an engaging eCommerce experience for all Post Booking products. The overall goal for this position is the development, implementation and merchandising of digital online products that increase awareness, interest, and adoption of our online cruise check-in process, onboard mobile app (MSC for me), prepaid onboard offerings, and enrollment in My MSC.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Executes against strategic online initiatives to increase product adoption of all post booking digital channels
•Design and execute the online systems functionality for all consumer and trade digital platforms, related to post booking.
•Collaborates with internal and external partners to engage consumers and increase Post Booking product adoption.
•Works with creative to update content and ensure information accuracy of web and on-line post booking programs and products.
•Manages day-to-day business relationships with optimization agency, 3rd party providers, corporate and local teams, to ensure the delivery of high-quality online post booking functionality.
•Responsible for monthly monitoring and reconciliation of all online investment v. adoption and effectiveness, as well as sales revenue generated via digital channels
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a relevant subject. MBA preferred.
•3-5+ years working on eCommerce strategies, digital integrations for website, mobile and other digital channels, with the goal of increasing adoption and improve revenue
•In-depth understanding of technology and functionality required to enable seamless digital experiences across multiple platforms
•Experience in all stages of user-centric website/app development strategies from planning to execution, including post-implementation analysis and recommendations.
•Strong leadership and collaborative experience with internal and external stakeholders
•Experience working with internal or external creative teams, online technical and marketing partners, research, tracking and performance firms and suppliers
•Travel industry eCommerce experience a plus
