Remote Concierge Jobs

This is a remote position.
We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Remote Concierge opportunity! As a Concierge, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! This position is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning. Travel Agents handle the research and booking process for clients, this can include airline, hotel accommodation, car rentals, and event/ticket sales. Anyone with an outgoing personality, who loves to travel is highly encouraged to apply!
Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide suggested budgets for clients
• Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients, budget constraints
• Network with tour operators regarding packages that you can offer to clients
• Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients
• Promptly respond to all travel inquires
• Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations
• Review individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
• Maintain up to date information within our software
• Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
• Effectively manage your time when researching trips and communicating with clients
• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel

Requirements

• Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus, but not required
• Must be able to communicate with clients effectively (strong sales background a plus)
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be at least 18years of age, and be authorized to work within the US.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommended but not required
