DSI is a sales enablement company that has an immediate career opportunity for an ambitious individual to fill one of our key roles as a Commercial Channel Manager in the Western Region. This is a remote sales position that will require approximately 20 – 50% travel within the assigned region.
As the Western Region Commercial Channel Manager (CCM) you will be responsible for driving DIRECTV subscribers by working with vendor partners in the Western Region. You will drive sales by building relationships with existing and new customers using strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
- At least 4 years of sales experience is required
- Successfully discuss high-level topics with business owners and leadership
- Effectively approach customers from a ‘consultative position’
- A proven track record in prospecting, recruiting, training, and onboarding
- Ability to travel 20 – 50% of the time
- Strong self-management and organizational skills are essential
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry is preferred
- Including financials, cash flow, marketing, and sales strategies
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
- The capability to review large amounts of data and identify trends and opportunities
- Keep DIRECTV at the forefront during every customer interaction
- Support dealers across DIRECTV Commercial, Lodging & Institution (L&I) verticals
- Drive new sales
- Launch marketing programs
- Meet with key customers, and potential clients, attend vendor and internal meetings
- Provide sales support and guidance to partners
- Manage existing portfolio of dealers in the Western Region to help
- Provide training on new offers and promotions
- Identify, develop, and manage the database of potential and current customers in the Western Region
- Handle escalations in a prompt manner
- Prospect businesses and identify new partners interested in adding DIRECTV to their portfolio that they sell
- Work as a team with vendor partners to strategize best practices in order to grow the region
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 50K guaranteed annual salary plus uncapped monthly commission and quarterly bonus opportunities for 95k+ “all in” total compensation
