This is a remote role that must be based in the greater San Francisco area as you will be required to attend in person meetings in the area regularly.


The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for sales enablement of their assigned channel, and managing their channel to achieve stated goals.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced channel operator who will build trusted co-sell relationships and execute an agenda for world class channel enablement and success using all the levers available across the marketing and commercial tool kit.


This is an individual contributor role that reports into our Head of Partnerships.


What You Will Be Doing


  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
  • Builds relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners.
  • Act as a liaison between the Tines sales teams and assigned channel partners.
  • Identify partner GTM and/or services offerings; working with partner sales resources, services, marketing, etc. develop and launch offerings to point of incremental joint revenue achievement.
  • Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Ensure partner compliance with channel partner programs and agreements.
  • Coordinate the involvement of Tines personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Meet assigned targets for shared partner objectives to drive partner enabled revenue.

  • Experience managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to vendor product.

  • World class collaborator and team player with a strong professional network within the industry.
  • Previous experience of driving channel Partnership growth and enabled revenue including demonstrated progressive experience selling high technology products in assigned territory in a channel model.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and Tines teams.
  • Ability to travel if needed.
  • Experience selling in the B2B SaaS and security space via channel partnerships.
  • Driven, highly motivated and results oriented.
