Job Description

We are currently representing a leading Private Funds Group that, due to many deals, is looking to expand its team by adding an Analyst or Associate to its New York Team.


Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth and partnered with a number of top PE funds globally.


The role offers a hybrid model which involves Distribution, GP Origination and Project Management work.


Responsibilities:

  • Advise the client on market proposition and strategy
  • Help the sales team in coordinating roadshows
  • Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc)
  • Conduct Due Diligence on the funds, fund portfolio etc


Requirements:

  • Keen interest in PE
  • Excellent written English
  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a Placement Agent, Private Funds Group, Capital Advisory Business or M&A, ECM, Corporate broking
  • Degree Educated
