Performing transaction reconciliations between the firm and their fund administrator

Monitoring and recording all incoming cash flows generated by client loan holdings

Familiarity with the Sentry PM application is a plus

1+ years of Work or Internship experience in the fashion industry with ample knowledge of pattern making

Knowledge of a 2D CAD or 3D CAD software is helpful

Training Enterprise and Academic users

Demoing CLO Software to executive teams as well as software users

Participating in client projects on and offsite

Assisting clients with 3D adoption strategy & implementation

1+ years of Work or Internship experience in the fashion industry with ample knowledge of pattern making

Knowledge of a 2D CAD or 3D CAD software is helpful

Self-motivated strategic thinking, and good communications skills with logic and passion

Training Enterprise and Academic users

Demoing CLO Software to executive teams as well as software users

Participating in client projects on and offsite

3-8 years structured finance modeling structuring experience

Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills (Excel, Intex…)

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Rating Agency cash flow modeling

Investor cash flow modeling (Intex & Excel)

Work with multiple functional groups to develop new products/business lines and novel approaches to existing business lines

Interacts regularly with management and department leaders.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Fluency with Excel; VBA, database and other programming skills are a plus

1-3 years experience in Securitization at either: Sell side, Accounting or Rating Agencies

Able to influence peers and team.

Demonstrates good judgement when making decisions of high complexity and impact.

Produce various internal and external ad-hoc reporting for senior management.

3-5 years of professional experience in Structured Finance, CLOs or Leveraged Loans.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelors in Business/Finance/Mathematics.

Strong technical skills, including Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience with VBA, Python and SQL is a plus.

Experience with Wall Street Office, Intex and BlackMountain Systems preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

1-3 years' work experience in finance or accounting. Strong preference for experience in CLO / senior loan market.

Help identify potential risks within the structures and communicate views to Portfolio Managers and the structured products team.

Deliver executable strategies to Portfolio Managers and the structured products team to enhance performance of Invesco's CLO vehicles.

Communicate with external parties on behalf of Invesco and Invesco managed CLO's.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.

Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and Bloomberg. Experience with Intex a plus but not required.

Broader product knowledge across equities, futures, FICC, etc., and/or experience desirable

Minimum 4 years of Tier 1 financial services experience on either buy or sell sides

Strong Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) knowledge

End-to-end ownership of CLO operations

Support to Global colleagues in EMEA and APAC

Continued process improvement of investment operations

Provide revenue and redemption analysis including ad hoc proforma analysis for internal Accounting and Portfolio Management teams

Strong skills to analyze and manage large sets of interconnected data and information

Ability to navigate legal documents such as Indentures, Credit Agreements, Loan Servicing Agreements, Collateral Management Agreements, etc.

Manage and approve cash movements related to warehouse borrowings and cash movements for certain private funds expenses

At least 3 years of CLO-related and/or structured product experience; and an understanding of bank debt and fixed income securities

Experience in designing, documenting, and participating in implementing processes

7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years of management experience preferred

Strong background in Structured Finance (ideally in CLO’s & CDO's), Fund Administration and/or Alternative Asset management is strongly preferred

Responsible for the achievement of multiple team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred

Sets policies and procedures for teams managed

Provides strategic guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience

Post trades from order management system to downstream accounting applications

Support Front Office with liquidity management

Manage relationship with Prime Brokers and firm custodians to ensure accurate trade settlement

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field

2+ years experience in a Middle Office or Operations Role within a Hedge or PE fund, or Fund Administrator

Thorough knowledge of Bank Debt asset class especially broadly syndicated loans
