Description

• Coordinate and oversee fund administrator and prime broker bookings and positions for accuracy
• Post trades from order management system to downstream accounting applications
• Oversight of leveraged facilities, schedules of payments, drawdowns, repayments
• Manage relationship with Prime Brokers and firm custodians to ensure accurate trade settlement
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve transactional or accrual discrepancies
• You'll provide full trade life cycle operational support for products such as CLOS, Bonds, ABS, Equity and Bank Loans
• Set up new assets
• Support Front Office with liquidity management

Minimum Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of Bank Debt asset class especially broadly syndicated loans
• Skilled at parsing information from loan documents
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, V lookup, index match functions, etc.)
• Solid analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict reporting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and good work ethic
• Comfortable working crossfunctionally with both internal and external stakeholders
• 2+ years experience in a Middle Office or Operations Role within a Hedge or PE fund, or Fund Administrator
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
