PCM Trials is seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator to join our Clinician Assignment team. In this role, you will assist our Project Execution teams with identification of nurses for in-home nurse visits for clinical trials.
Essential Functions/Areas Of Accountability

• Identify nurses from an established nurse database to cover study visits as directed by each project execution team.
• Contribute to initiatives for continual improvement of clinician management and onboarding.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
• Coordinate with HR to open new job requisitions.
• Coordinate with nurse agencies outside of the US to identify nurses for visits outside of the US. Maintains demographic and availability information for clinicians in central tracking system.
• Compile documentation for identified nurses.
• Maintain tracker of nurse identification requests.
• Obtain approval from project execution team for identified nurses and facilitates nurse training.
• Manage Certified Mobile Research Nurse certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to work out of normal business hours up to 5% of time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous work experience in a clinical or research setting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a biological program.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $49,920 - $70,720 per year.
Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
