Office location: 8301 Katy Fwy, Ste. 101, Houston, TX 77024

Workdays: Mon-Fri. 8 am – 5pm

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Clinical Director is in charge of overall business operations for an exclusive Pain Management/Specialty/Surgical practice with one leading clinic and multiple satellites. This manager must be prepared to fully endorse and work daily with the practice vision, patient experience, clinical flow, and financial growth and stability.

Experience

Three to five years of clinical management experience for administrative and business operations aspects of private medical practice. Specialty/Surgical experience preferred. Working Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records, budgeting, revenue cycle management, and Athena insurance System required.

Essential Functions

• Interact with patients and address their complaints
• Hire, train and monitor administrative stuff
• Monitor the inventory for medications and medical equipment and organize for resupply
• Organize patient records using electronic health records
• Establish and implement effective workplace procedures
• Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations
• Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews
• Supervise daily practice operations such as patient scheduling, billing, patient flow, physician access, security, and occupational health and safety
• Collaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
