Job Description
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Houston-Galleria office. This position is a key role in providing support to our clients and sales professionals. You will work closely with our sales professionals, developing presentation and marketing materials, managing project schedules, coordinating research requests, and more.


This role requires heavy focus on coordination, customer-service orientation, and assistance to the sales professionals. The successful candidate will help improve Moody Rambin’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manages and maintains listings by tracking, updating and producing activity reports.
  • Oversees CRM platform and performs regular maintenance.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team to provide creative solutions to client real estate needs.
  • Assist in the execution and marketing strategy that differentiates Moody Rambin globally and supports the growth of each business line.
  • Prepares presentations and marketing materials.
  • Organizes and coordinates client meetings and other events.
  • Development and production of creative/marketing collateral that adheres to corporate brand standards.
  • Coordinates and manages internal expenses and revenues reporting requirements.
  • Periodic travel within Houston for presentations.
  • Serves as the local brand ambassador
  • Attends weekly sales team meetings and performs other office duties as assigned.
  • Provides general office support.


TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:


  • Upholds the highest standards in spelling, grammar, and style
  • MUST know how to use Adobe Creative Suite Software (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe (PDF), Proofreading, Creativity, Spelling, Costar.
  • Degreed or commensurate work experience is required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demanding workload
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of and commitment to superior client service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 3+ years of marketing experience—commercial real estate, real estate or commercial construction experience preferred
