Get to Know the Opportunity:
The Client Implementation Manager supports the Distribution team by managing implementation activities and providing ongoing service resolution support for the Health Account Solutions Team group customers (supports COBRA, HSA, HRA, FSA, Commuter, Direct Bill, Tuition Reimbursement products) Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.
The Contributions You’ll Make:
  • Other duties assigned
  • Participates in special projects which support organizational needs, effectively assessing and communicating business impacts.
  • Responsible for complete and accurate implementation of new business
  • Actively supports sales team by managing the implementation of new employer groups, addition of new business, and new service offerings.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement, for the benefit of individual customers and the broader customer base and takes action as appropriate.
  • Effectively understands internal processes to assist in the resolution of minor administration inquiries
  • Prepares agendas and schedules implementation meetings
  • Other duties assigned
  • Builds and manages implementation timelines, tracking key dates and deliverables, including but not limited to technology feeds, contract delivery, claims system readiness and premium administration set up
  • Provides a high level of timely and accurate customer service by Investigating & responding to general employer-related customer service inquiries
  • Prepares client administration manuals with support from Implementation and Client Service Support team
  • Utilizes expertise in Voya products, services, and internal processes to assist Client Relationship Manager in resolution of customer implementation needs
  • Tailors applications and captures client variables within onboarding technology platform
Minimum Knowledge & Experience:
  • Strong interpersonal and partnership skills
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to Travel
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the employee benefits /insurance industry experience preferred
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • 4 year college degree or equivalency required

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
$63,370 - $79,210 USD
