Salary - $170,000 - $220,000


A start-up Fintech client we are working with is looking for a Chief People Officer to expand their Digital Banking app. Having successfully raised their Series A funding round, they are looking for a CPO with experience scaling a business through funding rounds.


The Chief People Officer will be leading the charge in shaping the vision and strategy of growing this complex product into new markets and mentoring, coaching, and scaling the people team. It will be important that you understand what it takes to scale a Fintech business internationally.


Here are some key requirements for the CPO:

  • 20% travel
  • You have an understanding of Fintech Products in emerging/ developing markets.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous start-up environment.
  • Previous experience scaling international people functions
