About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with proven leadership in executive roles, displaying outstanding performance and strong business acumen. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and leadership team, leading digital transformation efforts and driving technology strategy for growth and innovation. Extensive experience in a global company with a focus on strategic growth and operations is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage AI/ML technologies to drive innovation and develop intelligent solutions that enhance our products and services.
• Champion innovation initiatives and encourage the exploration and adoption of new technologies and practices.
• Oversee the development and implementation of robust IT and software engineering processes and standards.
• Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with our company’s business goals.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify opportunities for technological innovation and develop plans to capitalize on them.
• Provide leadership, management, and governance for technology teams, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and promoting professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement in system architecture, scalability, stability, performance, and security.
• Ensure effective project management and timely delivery of technology initiatives.
• Drive a culture of technical expertise and excellence within the teams, fostering continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our technological capabilities.
• Lead and manage the Technology Organization consisting of Software Engineering, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Database, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure, and IT Operations teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the technology teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external technology vendors, partners, and industry experts.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in developing intelligent solutions.
• Experience in building commercial B2B websites, focusing on user experience, functionality, and scalability to meet business requirements
• Demonstrated ability to set a technology vision and drive its execution, aligning with organizational goals.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proven experience in driving technological innovation and delivering successful technology projects.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with the breadth and depth of the Azure cloud platform, including infrastructure, services, and security.
• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in software architecture, including designing scalable and robust systems.
• Ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong team-building skills, with the ability to create a positive work environment that encourages creativity and growth.
• Proven experience (12+ years) in a similar leadership role, overseeing technology functions and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and manage change effectively.
