Job Description

We're looking for a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for a startup company.


It's a Creative Digital Company for Cloud Computing, and Media Services. Headquarter in Dubai, UAE.


IMPORTANT: This position is for equity-based compensation ( No Salary ) until there is seed funding. At the point there is funding a salary can be discussed. Which means we're looking for a true partner and co-founder to join us.


Responsibilities


  • Evaluate training and development programs.
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Supervise HR Department and Team.
  • Ensure our hiring, on-boarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups.
  • Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer.
  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
  • Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives.
  • Develop HR policies for all branches, countries, regions.
  • Formulate career development plans.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools.


Qualifications


  • In-depth knowledge of all HR functions.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS).
  • Certification like PHR and SPHR is a plus.
  • 5+ Years of experience as a Chief HR Officer, VP of HR Director
  • Good understanding of local and international labor legislation.
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
  • Must be a self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
