Summary of the Role:

People Whisperer Solutions is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical role in driving change initiatives for our clients, with a focus on the utilities sector. Your expertise in change management and Prosci certification will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of transformative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients in the utilities sector to assess the impact of changes on employees, processes, and systems.
• Leverage Prosci methodology to effectively lead and manage change initiatives.
• Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and stakeholders, fostering a culture of change readiness and adaptability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to our clients.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, tailored to each project's unique requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change strategies, making adjustments as necessary for successful outcomes.

What Success in the Position Looks Like:

• Utilization of Prosci methodology to drive change and deliver measurable results.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients, resulting in the achievement of project objectives and organizational goals.
• Seamless execution of change initiatives with high employee engagement and minimal disruption to utilities operations.
• Timely and clear communication of change-related information to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, with a preference for candidates with utilities sector experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with utilities industry practices and regulations is preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in change management software and tools is a plus.
• Prosci certification is a requirement.
