Role Purpose Statement

Role Purpose Statement: Incumbent is responsible for managing projects within cross-functional teams, supporting optimal process flow, appropriate cost application and cost evaluation in order to optimize pricing and profitability.

Main Accountabilities

• Analyze inputs and documentation to determine customer needs, both internal and external, and develop respective deliverables
• Analyze the impact of total cost of products and services on pricing and revenue
• Create and implement measurement metrics which reflect project progress, data quality, performance and identify opportunities for improvement based on established KPI
• Establish critical control points in the value stream to ensure that products meet financial planning, quality standards, and customer demand
• Assess Customer Profitability under consideration of cost evaluation and operational productivity
• Generate transparency on project progress at the defined milestones; ensure identification and continued communication of critical situations within the project
• Define and coordinate work packages of Cost Evaluation projects and Process Improvement Projects
• Identify and implement process improvements to eliminate waste and drive standardization and alignment across the stakeholders of a project

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Required

• Ability to travel
• Proven process improvement experience
• Proven analytical techniques, root cause analysis, mathematical and problem solving skills
• Bachelor degree required, preferably in the field of Business, Data Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications; strong Excel, skills required
• Project management, Change management experience required
• Good understanding of ERP/MRP systems
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• One to three year experience in analysis preferred
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize and multitask activities with strong attention to detail
