Organizational Design Consultant

We are looking for experienced Organization Design Consultants to join our client's team. As part of the team, you will provide organization design, strategy, and general management consulting services to different business lines while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in organization design.
• Deliver results in project settings that require cross-functional knowledge.
• Identify organizational design challenges and propose solutions.
• Apply critical thinking and leverage technical knowledge to address organization change driven by growth, risk mitigation, optimization, reorganizations, or transformation.
• Provide executive-level management consulting services in various business lines related to organization design, business strategy development, and other management consulting disciplines.
• Prepare presentations and communication materials for executive audiences and interact with senior leaders in the company to support special projects.
• Possess strong project management skills, including leading large and complex projects using standard practices and tools.

Requirements:

• Ten years of management consulting experience in organizational design, strategy development, and/or other management consulting disciplines within a global company or international management consulting firm.
• Proven delivery experience in organizational design and/or management consulting roles.
• In-depth knowledge of planning and managing complex management consulting projects in business improvement disciplines.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• A Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
