This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant program of work. The newly created role will be part of a global team reporting directly to the Senior Change Manager within the Strategy & Change division.

Initially on a 6 month fixed term contract, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders and business analysts, to understand business requirements and develop change management strategies aligned with project goals.
• Monitoring and evaluating change effectiveness across the change management activities.
• Managing stakeholders, identifying change risks relating to stakeholders and reporting to the Change Lead on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution.
• Contributing to and executing change plans including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and business readiness assessments.
• Conducting change analysis and change impact assessments using Change Methodologies (i.e. PROSCI/ADKAR) to support change management activities to make sure overall change strategy and transition planning meets program objectives.

You will bring 4-5 years of relevant experience in a Change Management role, ideally gained within a Financial Services, Banking or Insurance environment. You will have experience working within an Agile environment using Change Management tools and methodologies. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
