Junior Analyst- 3 Month Contract (With Potential For Extension)

: We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for extension based on performance. As a Junior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and gain hands-on experience in quantitative analysis and strategic decision-making. This role will focus on optimizing growth across multiple verticals, including franchise operations, real estate development, high-yield CRE lending, and prop-tech venture capital in emerging growth markets in SE Asia and Africa. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of financial models and reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Support the team in various administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Collaborate with team members to compile and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on data sets to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance, analytics, or a related field (internship experience included).
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as contribute effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
