Job Description
Summary The CEO Communications Specialist will support CEO events and communications for internal and external use and provide operational support to the broader team.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage CEO event communications including invitations, surveys, flow down and more.
  • Own an inventory and archive of CEO messages, content, presentations, etc.
  • Provide process ownership and execution of the CEO briefings each week and the media coverage reports at the end of each day.
  • Manage the distribution of CEO messages
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in employee communications, ability to build and manage relationships, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term strategy creation, and operational rigor. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Communications team to create and execute a strategy which keeps the CEO’s voice and messaging consistent and present.
  • Provide the internal communications team operational support through management of critical tools (i.e. Airtable).


Required Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or related field.
