Ceo Communications Specialist Jobs

Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Actively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify communication opportunities and foster collaboration and mutual support across Worley.

10+ years of related experience working with large, globally-matrixed organizations with an emphasis on internal communications and CEO-level executive communications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing situations.

Exceptional written and verbal skills, video communication, and presentation development.

Proven experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders

Provide the internal communications team operational support through management of critical tools (i.e. Airtable).

Manage CEO event communications including invitations, surveys, flow down and more.

Manage the distribution of CEO messages

3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably a manufacturing environment

This is a remote position

Own an inventory and archive of CEO messages, content, presentations, etc.
