Ceo (Tech Startup Eir)

Join the first Impact Ventures platform, and be part of the next-generation Startup Leader. Based at Stanford, MIT Innovation Park and soon near Cornell, you will work remotely and meet occasionally OneTraction team or its Family Office investors, corporate customers, partners, and portfolio startup across stages from idea to unicorn and across industries. We are impact-focused and vertically integrated supporting five industries (Enterprise, Consumer, Health, Energy, and Hardware) through deep and emerging tech disruptive innovation.

Responsibilities: You will join as a paid EIR advisor and transition to CEO for assigned startups portfolio (idea to unicorn) within your industry and location, where you own all strategic initiatives, including internal, and external goals, and grow funding through GTM MRR $1m - $10m and approved round syndicates through exit liquidity. Upon reaching your KPI, you will have the opportunity to convert into full time CEO and co-founder (based on startup funding stage and your performance with the other founders).

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong local network and proven success at startup and corporate leadership (i.e., Corporate Ventures, VC operating partner, Corporate Development, Business Development, etc.). You will be running full cycle funding, and exit deals from day 1 and grow your Family Office portfolio along tier one corporate ventures (Impact Investors). Additionally you own your customers and investors relationship management, along board members.

Qualification:

Deep know-how acquired within tier-one global Venture Capital, Family Office, Private Equity, along with impact investing, corporate venture funding. Ideally, you have a graduate-level education from a top institution and you are passionate about incrementally changing the world with a positive Impact. Past success in raising series A - C from family offices, VC and CVC. Demonstrated a stealer past success in one or more of the following sectors B2B, FinTech, Cyber, Consumer, Media, Food and Agrotech, EdTech, Health, BioTech, Climate Tech, Hardware / Mobility / SpaceTech and Industry 4.0.

Location: You will be working in hybrid mode 1 - 3 days a week at onsite office near your residence, either Manhattan - New York, Cambridge, MA, Palo Alto, CA or Boca Raton, FL. Applicants based outside these location will not be considered!
