Job Description

CEO opportunity:


Unique Telehealth/MedTech startup has developed a robotic technology with virtual clinic and wearable application to assist clinicians in managing recovery and rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate must be able to understand how to leverage technology to optimize the delivery of clinical services remotely and how to best augment this with a suite of smart, connected software and physical products that can enable new approaches to physical rehabilitation in the home setting. Critical to the role will be becoming an expert in the area of stroke recovery and wearable technology and translating this knowledge into strategic vision, product definition and operational success.


Opportunity requires an understanding of virtual clinics, telehealth, remote patient management and healthcare economics as it relates to a telehealth startup.


Class 1 Medical device registered

Responsibilities

  • Scale clinical services operations across the US driving the certification and reimbursement methodologies to support the revenue scaling.
  • Work closely with the board of directors to provide regular updates on the company’s performance, and collaborate on long-term strategy and planning.
  • Foster a culture of business and technical innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Ensure delivery of the highest quality services to its clients by implementing and monitoring best practices, and continually improving service delivery.
  • Ensure that the company is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that is aligned with the company’s mission and values, and capable of executing the strategic plan.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to build a world class, virtual clinic for stroke recovery that delivers great patient outcomes while driving a high growth digital health business.

Qualifications

  • Experienced entrepreneur skilled at fundraising for early-stage healthcare start-ups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, including telehealth, digital health and/or rehabilitation experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the board of directors and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
