We are seeking a dynamic, visionary leader to take on the role of President & CEO in our fast-growing technology company. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned executive with a proven track record in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry to help shape the future of our company. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the IAM landscape and will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our company, driving growth and ensuring that we continue to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.


Responsibilities


  • Drive the company’s financial performance and growth, ensuring that the company achieves its revenue and profitability targets.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development of new ideas and solutions that will drive the company’s growth and success in the IAM market.
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the company, setting and communicating clear and achievable business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the company's sales management, ensuring that the sales team is effectively targeting key markets and achieving their sales goals.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the IAM industry, identifying key growth opportunities and setting the strategic direction for the company’s IAM product portfolio.
  • Represent the company to investors, the media, and the public, serving as the face of the company and promoting its vision and mission.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees.
  • Ensure that the company’s operations are efficient and effective, and that the company is delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications


  • Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of financial management principles and the ability to drive the company’s financial performance.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to set and communicate a clear and compelling vision for the company.
  • Proven sales management skills, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the IAM industry, with a strong network of contacts and a proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • A commitment to innovation and a passion for technology.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent would be considered an asset.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving business goals.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CEO, preferably within the technology or IAM industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company to a wide range of stakeholders.
