Description


ADMA BIOCENTERS are FDA-licensed facilities dedicated to the collection of human plasma from donors. Human plasma is used to make special medications to help treat and prevent infections in patients.


The goal of this position is to ensure the competency and continued development of center management and other staff. This position is responsible for the execution and continued monitoring of center training programs. The role facilitates instruction, scheduling, and coordination of training to align with business objectives and needs. This role provides information and feedback needed for the analysis of center training needs, as well as support the development of Preceptors nominated for center training support. Additionally, this role will use of the Learning Management System (LMS) as a training resource to track the progress by staff through the training process and to competency and completion.


Essentials Of The Job


  • Maintains competency in all center functions.
  • Maintains working knowledge of LMS and assigns or ensure training is assigned to staff as needed.
  • Ensures an active cross training program is established and maintained.
  • Conducts new hire orientation and onboarding activities as necessary.
  • Assists with updates to training materials when revisions are required
  • Provides training schedules for new hires and check with new hires during the training process to ensure they are progressing as expected and work with center management to make corrections as necessary.
  • Support the training and development of Training Preceptors at plasma center locations.
  • Collaborates with center management team to develop training plans related to CAPAs where training or additional development is documented as part of the CAPA response.
  • Ensures center personnel complete the required training for their job function and demonstrate competency upon completion.
  • Report analysis findings and learning resource needs to Plasma Services-Training when identified.
  • Works in an organized manner and collaborates with other ADMA staff as needed.
  • Executes and provides support for all ADMA training initiatives.
  • Participate in the continuous evaluation and improvement of training programs, training materials, and learning profiles for the business.
  • Travels to other centers as needed up to 50% of time.
  • Provides feedback to assist in selection of center preceptors.


Qualifications


Education


Educational requirements include Degree or Certificate in Education or Organizational Development. Education may be substituted for experience as described below.


Experience


A minimum of 2 years of working in a plasma center with responsible roles, which may include supervision or working as a preceptor for at least 2 years.
