Cashier/Receptionist Jobs

We are currently seeking a part-time Automotive Dealership Cashier - Receptionist to join our elite team at Audi Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships.

In this role, you will primarily be accepting and processing the payments for our auto sales and service clients. Duties also include answering phones, entering payment data into accounting software, some filing, and other clerical/office duties. If you are interested in a part-time role and you are good with numbers, computers, and most importantly, people, then this may be the spot for you.

Schedule includes 2-4 weekday afternoon/evenings until 7pm (depending on availability) and all day Saturday from 8-6.

Automotive Cashier - Receptionist Requirements

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Outstanding customer service skills, a professional appearance, and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting preferred but not required.
• Cash handling experience and computer skills.
• Previous Automotive dealership experience a plus, but not required.
