Adelson Group is looking to hire an experienced receptionist. This is a great opportunity to join and work for one of the top growing financial planning practices, and work as a team member of an independent advisory team of Ameriprise Financial.
As a receptionist you will be at the forefront of delivering a positive client experience with a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Part-time (20-35 hours) or full-time position available
  • Location: in-person or remote while residing in the State of Florida

Responsibilities:

  • Client advocate providing exceptional client service and a referable experience for a high level of client satisfaction. Acting as the first line of response, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution to address questions and resolve issues.
  • Greeting clients and potential clients
  • Scheduling and confirming meetings
  • Managing client’s service models

  • Preparing routine client correspondence
  • Provide general administrative duties

    • Answering the advisor’s phone

  • Maintain consistent and regular client contact to grow and deepen existing client relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to independently work with minimal supervision.
  • 1 - 3 years relevant experience required.
  • Good organization and time management skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written. Able to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong computer and software skills.
  • Process oriented and can work with a team.
  • Experience working in a client service environment providing high level client service.
  • Professional, friendly, and enjoys speaking with people.
  • Detail orientated
