Job Description

Job description

We are seeking a well-groomed, dependable, and energetic, individual to handle the daily tasks that are assigned. The position requires a detail-oriented person that can be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ADP/CDK is strongly preferred but not required. The position is responsible for keeping timely and accurate records. The ideal candidate must have excellent people and communication skills and able to multitask.

Responsibilities:(including but not limited to)

  • Receipt money for service, finance, and sales
  • Maintains customer satisfaction at or above company standards
  • Answer telephone, transfer calls, take messages, help customers when needed
  • Processes paperwork on a timely basis
  • Keep waiting area neat and stocked for customers
  • Communicate frequently via phone/email with sales management.
  • Sign out and keep good records for the books/Keys and dealer plates

Requirements:

  • Good organizational skills
  • Professional Appearance And Effective Communication Skills
  • Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently, with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
  • Must be dependable
  • Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
  • Excellent people and communication skills
