Job Summary

Plans, drives, and evaluates Reliability and Technical Operations/Engineering projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Builds and leads project teams ensuring quality control throughout the plant/network lifecycle. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

This position works in a hybrid work schedule, where Mondays and Fridays are work from home and Tuesday-Thursday report to "The Battery" Atlanta, GA Comcast office.

Core Responsibilities

• Directs project teams and teams across the organization in the development as well as implementation of project plans.
• Negotiates, coordinates, and monitors contracts.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Ability to apply project management foundational principles and organizational structure on key initiatives.
• Crafts critical metrics to show how work is impacting the business.
• Handles Reliability and Technical Operations/Engineering projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays, as well as making required adjustments.
• Works with leaders from frontline to Sr. Leadership Team to lay out project implementation as well as drive more reliability in plant/network guidelines as well as plan for personnel and/or other resource requirements.
