Call Center Scheduler - Remote - $15 With Commission ($15.00 / Hour)

An Average Day

Throughout the day you will use your professional communication and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments. You will Provide solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) - always presenting the most accurate product and service information. You will enter data into the system in real-time, editing for accuracy during the call.

After one year, you will know you were successful if:

• You have established rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure
• You have used your excellent verbal and written communication skills to keep the financial team informed about progress or roadblocks
• You have maintained a professional composure when actively asking customers for the sale
• You have demonstrated a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time
• You have proven that you can respond to incoming e-mail correspondence in an articulate and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience

You will need these skills for our Call Center Scheduler position:

• You Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 3 - 5 years of Call Center experience in - Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing
• You Must live in Illinois, Iowa, Colorado, Minnesota, Nebraska or Florida
• You Must be results and goal-oriented
• Knowledge of computer and telephone systems - Microsoft and CRM
• You Must be receptive to constant coaching and feedback
• Ability to work in a face paced environment

Technical Requirements You Must Have

• High-speed internet (minimum of 50 Mbps download speeds)
• Windows 10 or 11 operating system
• 2nd Monitor
• I5 computer processor (i7 preferred) with 8GB of ram (12gm preferred)
• USB Headset
• Computer or Laptop with a camera and speakers

You're a Particularly Good Fit For This Position If

• You have an upbeat personality
• The ability to to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
• You have job costing experience in the construction industry
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• The ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Legacy products while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment
