Job Description
Finger Lakes Dental Care is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team, in our Canandaigua office. We are a fast-growing practice and looking for a
compassionate, detail oriented and organized candidate to fill this role. Our Call Center team answers patient calls for all of our Finger Lakes Dental locations. They schedule patient appointments, makes confirmation and follow up calls to patients, as well as maintain the doctor’s schedules in each location.

Call Center Schedule
Monday 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Pay range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
