Call Center Operator's Jobs

Rome Health is seeking two Call Center Operators who have exceptional verbal skills to answer the telephone in a courteous and efficient manner. Good grammar, pleasant voice and the ability to handle many different tasks at one time are essential to ensure a positive first impression of the new Physicians Center. The Call Center Operators also serve as the hub of information - scheduling providers, taking messages and answering questions. We are looking for Team Players and individuals who will share in our success. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent in skill or experience. EXPERIENCE: Previous telephone operator experience desirable. Familiarity with hospital procedures is also desirable. WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday.
