Job Description

Position: Call Center Representative

Location: New York, NY, 10001

Shift Time: Day Shift

Pay rate: DOE

Required: Bilingualand Hospital experience.


Note: For this position you must be fully Covid Vaccinated.


  • Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
  • Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
  • Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements. Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
  • Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
