Overview:

Office Network AB is seeking a Call Center Representative to work out remotely in of our Parsippany, NJ Office. In this position you will be responsible for communicating over the phone with personnel, providers, vendors, and any other callers with questions related to Office Network AB services. No experience? No problem. We provide solid training to set you up for success.

Responsibilities:

The Call Center Representative is responsible for communicating over the phone with personnel, providers, vendors, and any other callers with questions related to Office Network AB services.


The Customer Service Representative:

  • Checks voice mails, Customer Service Requests, and Policy Service Center Requests at scheduled times
  • Stay informed with current and upcoming product updates (softwares, program, classes, school locations, etc
  • Document all calls with specific and accurate notes and pertinent information, complete call logs and reports as requested.
  • Utilizes the Department Procedure Manual as appropriate
  • Answers customers’ questions and if unable to answer their questions, direct them to the appropriate person
  • Research and keep up to date with all required information

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent and previous customer service, telephone, or related experience is required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role
  • Proficient use of a computer
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
