Call Center Representative (Fully Remote & $17/Hr.)

Call Center Representative- Collections
MUST have your own equipment!
Payrate: $17 per hour (Paid Weekly!)
Set Schedule: Mandatory 40 Hours Each Week

• Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST (7 AM to 4 PM CST)
• Subject to change based on the season and business needs
• Agents will have ample notice if schedule changes
• Must be open from 8 AM to 7 PM EST

You will be working on camera in a virtual call center setting

• The expectation is that everyone presents themselves in a professional manner.
• You must have a workplace that is distraction free and has privacy to complete your calls each day.

Job Details

• Ensuring all questions and needs are met before the end of the call
• Notating customer’s accounts with accurate information
• Making high volume outbound calls to customers who are 30-60-90 days behind on their active loans
• Discussing payment plan options to bring past-due accounts back current
• Offering exceptional customer service

Requirements

• You must have your own Windows Based computer for this opportunity
• Must have your own internet router or modem that is located close to your workspace (Upload/Download Speed: 35 Minimum)
• Work from home call center experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 24 hours of accepting the position
• At least two years of recent call center experience - Collections experience strongly preferred

Computer Requirements

• All computer hardware needs to be connected to a surge protector (Power Strip/Cord)
• Mac Requirements: Catalina OS, Quad-core i5 processor, 8GB of memory, 2GHz minimum processor speed
• PC Requirements: Windows 10, Quad-core i5 processor, 8GB of memory, 2GHz minimum processor speed
• A second computer monitor is strongly encouraged!
• Ethernet cord required for hardwired connection
• One or more available USB ports (2.0 or greater)
• A high-quality wired headset ( Recommended : Logitech USB H570e or Logitech USB H540)
