A leading software business needs leading internal operations! We have taken great care to ensure efficiency across our suite of products and this same ethos is echoed throughout our internal operations. To continually work towards this end, we’re hiring for a Senior Accountant.
Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hand-on NetSuite experience. (Specific SuiteBilling Experience preferred)
• Ability to build month-end close reconciliations from scratch
• 3+ years or experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and communicate variances to management
• Ability to work with large data sets within Microsoft Excel
• Have work experience in both public accounting and industry

How you will grow:
Within 1 month you will:

• Begin building your project plans based upon initial priorities that include development of timelines and goals
• Assist the Controller in preparing audit PBC’s and begin understanding the Company’s month-end close process
• Plan with your manager to set initial priorities, align on expectations for your role, and learn about Inspectorio’s existing toolset

Within 3 months, you will:

• Begin updating, refining, and improving, documentation and other accounting/finance processes
• Have a full understanding of month-end close and have provided some recommendations on how to best improve moving forward
• Assist in the implementation of SuiteBilling including creating price books with in the system, creating subscriptions records, and coordinating with external partners to ensure project is running smoothly

Within 12 months, you will:

• Have provided substantial improvements to the Company’s month-end close and reporting
• Oversee international subsidiaries and work closely with leaders outside of accounting and finance
• You will the Company’s go-to expert for NetSuite revenue and financial reporting
• Continuously improve and maintain the various processes, adapting to changing requirements and ensuring accurate documentation
