Pulse Clinical Alliance is hiring a Human Services Call Center Manager in Kansas City, MO.

  • Must be Medicaly Licensed in a field such as LCSW.


Description


The Behavioral Health Crisis Line Managers will be responsible for the oversight of our 24/7 Call Center’s behavioral health professionals. Work week Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m. Requirements: Master’s degree in the Human Services’ field with an unrestricted current Missouri/and or Kansas clinical license. Must have at least two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral healthcare setting and working knowledge and experience in community mental health. Must reside in the greater Kansas City Metro area. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are required.
