What you get to do in this role:

  • Support teams to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution
  • Help develop strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments, identifies volume and strategic customers and develop partnerships
  • Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market data, and creates compelling market analysis presentations
  • Collect and analyze large datasets and summarize insights
  • Develop compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output
  • Prepare SVP, Platform for Customer meetings. Capture major takeaways, maintain milestones, track, assign and drive the delivery of clear action items
  • Develop and communicate customer stories and feedback for sharing with the Platform organization
  • Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and suggest recommendations through a data-driven process

Qualifications


To be successful in this role you have:

  • High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting and/or in a similar SaaS company
  • Executive presence, excellent verbal and written communication
  • Passion for and demonstrated success understanding and fulfilling internal or external customer needs; problem-solver mindset
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow product suite
  • Sharp business judgment, ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive – must thrive in a dynamic environment

FD21

For positions in the Seattle metro/Kirkland areas, we offer a base pay of $124,400 - $217,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
