Build the platform that powers global trade
The opportunity
We are looking for experienced and driven Principal Product Managers to join our team and create world-class customer experiences that progress the evolution of global trade. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing our team’s strategy, frequently interacting with senior leadership, and overseeing the development and management of product lines from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who puts the customer first, is comfortable with financial and quantitative analysis, has a passion for technology, and a track record of leading successful product launches that improve the customer experience.

You will:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve business goals
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement and growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, finance, and operations to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product line, including building new products and businesses.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and decision-making
You should have:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and effectively present to C-Suite level leadership.
  • Passion for innovation and a track record of leading successful product launches

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
The US base salary range for this full-time position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.) $202,240 - $252,800 USD per year
