You will be responsible for supporting all Logistics and Materials Management processes within the Plant according to an Integrated Lean Six Sigma culture enabling achievement of the required production volume and eliminating loss. You will meet or exceed related KPI’s in compliance with the Manufacturing foundations and standards (safety & quality) and satisfying internal & external customer needs.


How You Will Contribute


You will:


  • Be responsible for Plant Warehouse and Re-Packing operations (internal & external) performance and delivery KPI’s.
  • Be accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the team responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future.
  • Lead end to end Supply Network pillar, as part of Integrated Lean 6 sigma journey, to identify supply chain losses and develop & implement a road map to deliver best in class goals for cost, cash & service and loss elimination in line with the Mondelēz International Supply Chain strategy.
  • Manage the team for optimizing Operational assets and workforce scheduling to meet production/ distribution/ customer requirements, including production & material planning, material planning & movement, warehousing and RM/PM & finished goods inventory management
  • Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives and goals and maintain 100% compliance to standards, policies and local legal laws. `

Job Requirements :


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Operations Productivity
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience in designing equipment to meet AM and PM standards
  • Proficient knowledge in confectionery and snacks technology and suppliers of respective equipment required
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required


Job Responsibilities


  • Lead Site Productivity agenda to develop internal targets of COGS.
  • Ensure appropriate capacity for new business initiatives and growth plans across product life cycle. Develop and recommend alternatives as needed.
  • Ability to work across multiple geographical locations within the region.
  • Flexibility in Working Location driven by the ability to travel.
  • Ability to integrate Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) phase requirements into projects
  • Ability to think outside of the box and understand the broad category needs
  • Provide updates to leadership, project sponsors and stakeholders as needed on key initiatives, including progress against deliverables, cost management, next steps and needs from sponsors to alleviate hurdles. Escalate concerns and issues, report project fact base, define options/trade-offs, and provide team recommendation that can be used in such forums as Supply Review, ESR, PMR or MOR.
  • Ability to identify engineering solutions that consider our global network and category position
  • Ability to balance leading edge technology solutions with capital availability, and need for high savings
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and interpret large amounts of information and draw conclusions that support the project scope
  • Lead Commercialization efforts for large complex projects, platform innovation programs while supporting any capital related initiatives. Ensure effective team engagement which may include establishing and managing team meetings. Review project timelines and cost regularly with the project team, facilitate creation of mitigation/contingency plans and manage communication.
  • Lead internal feasibility assessment during IC stage gate and business case to support business team’s commercialization plans; define network capability (capacity/technology) and capital associated with developing such capability. Identify impact across the supply chain with regard to cost of goods sold e.g. route to market, capacity utilization, manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety.
  • Within this role the individual will be working across a matrix organization, and will be expected to work with project teams across countries and a global community. The role will therefore have significant complexity & cultural diversity to manage.
  • Manage and deliver assigned financial targets, to include the delivery of capital projects, trial activity and start-up expenses while leading resource & funding prioritization. Drive development of COGS, ensure alignment between category team and operations. Engage and support productivity agenda to deliver cost reduction targets.
