Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager (Center of Excellence Manager). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, as well as driving new business development efforts. In addition, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and executing various projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Manage and execute various projects as needed, including project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
  • Lead new business development initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential new markets and opportunities for expansion
  • Support the sales process from start to finish, including driving requirements for the market, and managing relationships with clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to support revenue growth and increase market share
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successful new business development
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to work with technical based solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Project management experience, including experience in project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
  • 2 – 5 years of experience with business development, project management, marketing or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field, PMP Certification or desire to pursue a plus
