Who are we looking for?


As a Business Development Manager for Healthcare Systems at uMed you will play a vital role in driving network growth by engaging with key stakeholders in US Healthcare Systems. Your primary responsibility will be to present uMed's cutting-edge capabilities to healthcare systems, forging strong partnerships that enhance patient outcomes and system efficiencies.


What You Will Be Doing


  • Stakeholder Navigation: Identify and connect with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, administrators, and clinical leaders. Successfully navigate complex healthcare system environments to establish strong relationships with key decision makers and drive deal closures.
  • Strategic Engagement: Working with the wider network development team to help develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to engage with US Healthcare Systems. Identify and target potential partners to showcase uMed's innovative capabilities.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape. Utilize market insights to refine strategies and enhance uMed's positioning within the healthcare systems market.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
  • Objection Handling: Address any concerns or objections raised by healthcare systems regarding uMed's capabilities. Demonstrate a deep understanding of their challenges and position uMed as the ideal partner to address their needs.
  • Capability Presentation: Conduct persuasive presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers within healthcare systems. Effectively communicate the value proposition of uMed's solutions, highlighting their potential to revolutionize patient care and operational effectiveness.
  • Tailored Solutions: Adapt the pitch of uMed's capabilities to align with the specific requirements and structures of each healthcare system. Offer tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and drive successful adoption.


Requirements


  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively represent uMed and its capabilities.
  • Solution-oriented approach, with the capacity to align uMed's offerings to meet specific healthcare system needs.
  • A passion for improving healthcare systems and patient care through innovative technology solutions
  • An innovative and adaptable mindset with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Empathy and cultural sensitivity to foster relationships with healthcare systems of various backgrounds and communities
  • A solid understanding of the US healthcare industry and its challenges
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, irrespective of background or position.
  • Analytical abilities to assess market data and leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience in interacting with healthcare systems, administrators and providers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
