Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record, and diet office systems

Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs based upon medical direction and patient population

Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members

Ensures patient services staff assists in achieving stated patient satisfaction goals

Documents daily treatment notes, attendance records, group notes, patient/family education, and charges as needed.

Implements exercise programs in the plan of care.

Assists with transferring patients on/off equipment and provides assistance with adaptive positioning to maximize safety and performance.

Instructs all users of the facility in the proper operation of exercise equipment.

Monitors patient's performance and tolerance to program.

Collaborates with appropriate leader in modifying treatment as the patient's status changes.

Ensure referral network is regularly managed and develop referral networks for non-active GP’s

Bachelor’s Degree plus 3+ years of sales experience in high growth corporate markets

Prior sales experience with Physicians as the principal point of contact

Effective communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate

Reviews benefits and educates patient on insurance coverage.

Completes referrals for patients and coordinates with referring and receiving practices and/or departments.

May coordinate and prepare financial estimates for patients.

Assists the Anesthesiologist with the placement of lines, and is available during critical times (airway emergency, trauma, code blue).

Maintains supply inventory and assists with stocking equipment room throughout the shift.

Positions patients for anesthetic procedures.
