Guild is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to support the planning, content creation, execution, and monitoring of Guild’s new social strategy in order to drive brand awareness, follower growth, and support of business needs. This person would support the Social Media Director in crafting social media copy and design briefs that will drive engagement, reach, and follower growth. They will lead the scheduling, publishing, and community management across Guild’s platforms, ensuring we are meeting outstanding social media requirements. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media and excited about making an impact in bringing our new social strategy to life.


Responsibilities


  • Support the day-to-day management of social media including planning, content creation, monitoring and publishing, ensuring brand consistency and best practices in your work.
  • Support Guild’s initiatives by developing social media plans for key moments, collaborating with internal partners
  • Craft outstanding copy and creative briefs to drive growth on our channels and help us hit our engagement and awareness targets.
  • Brainstorm useful plans and campaigns to grow followers and engagement
  • Leverage social listening and reporting to supervise and track performance, ensuring our internal partners have deep understanding of performance, so we iterate on creative content that works
  • Alongside Guild’s Social Media Director, help build and support the execution of our social strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok


You are a good fit for this role if you have:


  • A self-starter who can dive in, be an owner and influence across teams
  • 3+ years of social media strategy experience with a focus on content creation and publishing, including writing social copy
  • Ability to track the performance of social media posts/campaigns and evolve strategy and tactics based on data analysis
  • Social media obsessed: constantly following social media trends and has a clear POV on how brands can win in those moments
  • Knowledge of content management, publishing, and social listening platforms such as Asana, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of short-form video platforms, like Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience crafting creative briefs and working with design teams on social creative

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 as well as company stock options.
