Job Description

One of the leaders in cutting-edge, tactical equipment manufacturing is currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator to develop and implement the social media strategy of the company to increase its online presence and improve its marketing and sales efforts. The Compensation

  • $65,000 - $80,000 Annual Base Salary Range Commensurate with Experience

The Role

  • Monitor competitors' and adjacent brands' content.
  • Understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and define them specifically for social media.
  • Monitor all social media content and track campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns.
  • Manage company Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Attend all company events to collect content and live feeds.
  • Track customer engagement and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to optimize campaign content.
  • Work with content creators to create content relevant to our customers.
  • Engage with and respond to customers on social media.
  • Confer with organizational members to accomplish projects as assigned.
  • Establish relationships with networks of industry professionals and social media influencers.
  • Utilize and stay current on social media technologies and marketing tools.


The Background Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing, Social Media Management, Communications or other related field
  • Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, keyword research, and SEO techniques
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and editing tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Communications) or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with the firearms/hunting market
  • Extensive familiarity with Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks, Monday.com, Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google search
  • Well-versed in media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
