Social Media Coordinator Who Gets Breastfeeding

Join the Milky Wave, a fast-growing startup, dedicated to helping breastfeeding moms improve their milk supply, and contribute your "breastfeeding wisdom" to our branding, marketing, and social media strategy.Think outside the box to promote our delicious array of lactation boosting products on social media, and use your own breastfeeding journey as a "handbook" on assessing our target audience's needs.Help strengthen the Milky Wave'smission of empowering breastfeeding moms and helping them balance motherhood with other life's priorities.

Hours: This job is project-based at approximately 10 hours per week to start, with endless opportunitiesto grow within the role and expand into a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media channels for industry trends
• Identify relevant influencers and opportunities for further collaboration
• Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
• Execute a results-driven social media strategy and contribute out of the box ideas
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
• Collaborate with the marketing team on the editorial calendar

Qualifications / Skills:

• Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content as they relate to early motherhood
• Exposure and understanding of the challenges of breastfeeding, either first-hand or for a close friend/relative/colleague
• Top-notch communication skills
• Quick learner, open mind, and ability to think outside the box
• Impeccable time management skills with the ability to stay focused amid social media distractions
• Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.Preferred fluency in Hebrew, but not required.
• Proficiency with Canva and similar video and photo editing tools
