Job Description
We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing brand assets as defined by the VP, Brand and Client Experience. This role will support guidelines and processes that provide brand consistency across external programs and internally within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective and collaborative processes that align with the company's overall marketing and brand objectives
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
  • Support the effectiveness of the company's brand image across all channels and touchpoints
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to execute brand management initiatives
  • Uphold the company's brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all marketing materials and communications

Key skills required:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to execute brand frameworks that provide standardization and guidance for the business
  • Working vocabulary with technology naming, brand nomenclature, asset management and brand governance
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to translate brand guidance into compelling messaging options
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing in B2B software industry, preferably in the legal, financial, accounting, or consulting industries; agency background a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Asana, Robohead, and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and communications principles
